Dr. Cassandra “Sandi” Bates works with adults and couples navigating trauma, substance use, anxiety, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together. With a background rooted in military service and leadership, she brings a rare steadiness and directness to her work. She is warm and engaged, but she is not the therapist who just listens quietly. She will challenge you when it serves you, hold space when you need it, and help you move past the surface into the deeper work that creates real change. If you are ready to be honest about where you are, Sandi is ready to meet you there.
Kristen works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, emotional dysregulation, and the kind of identity questions that come up when life stops feeling like it fits. If you are tired of reacting in ways you do not understand or feeling disconnected from who you actually are, she helps you build emotional awareness, healthier patterns, and a stronger, clearer sense of self that holds up even when things get hard.
Kelley works with children ages 6 and up, teens, adults, and older adults dealing with childhood trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, and identity questions that deserve a space that is fully affirming and free of judgment. If you are ready to look at what happened and finally stop letting it drive, she helps you process the past, regulate your nervous system, and build a sense of self that feels grounded, safe, and genuinely yours.
Zack works with primarily adults and some adolescents & children who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and the kind of low self-esteem that makes everything harder. If you feel stuck, disconnected from yourself, or like life keeps throwing more than you can handle, he helps you untangle what is getting in the way and build something more steady in its place. His clients leave with practical tools, a clearer sense of who they are, and the confidence to keep moving forward.
Lexi works with individuals ages 6 and up and couples dealing with trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, relationship issues, and shame that has been quietly running things for far too long. If you are struggling to understand your own brain, feeling stuck in cycles you cannot break, or just need someone who will actually tailor the work to you, she helps you build real understanding, stronger communication, and a relationship with yourself that feels a whole lot kinder.
Dwayne works with children ages 6 and up, adults, elders, couples, and families dealing with trauma, PTSD, grief, marital conflict, anxiety, depression, and the specific weight that veterans carry home from service. If your relationships feel like they are unraveling, your losses feel unprocessed, or you are carrying something from your past that will not leave you alone, he helps you find solid ground, rebuild communication, and move toward a life that feels more like the one you actually want.
Monique works with children, adolescents, teens, and adults, with a particular focus on women navigating anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, body image struggles, life transitions, and the aftermath of domestic or emotional abuse. If you are feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or like you have lost track of who you are outside of what you have been through, she helps you reconnect with your own strength, develop real coping tools, and start rebuilding from a place that actually feels stable.
Tammy works with teens, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, PTSD, substance use, chronic pain, and the specific challenges that come with each season of life. With over 12 years of experience across community mental health, crisis intervention, and private practice, she creates a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up as you are and walk away with real tools for what’s hard. She also offers Christian counseling for those who want to integrate faith into their sessions.
Wynna works with children ages 4 and up and adults carrying the weight of childhood trauma, abuse, and the family patterns that followed them into adulthood. If you have spent years feeling like your past is running the show, she helps you slow it down, understand what happened, and start building a life that actually feels like yours. Her clients leave with real confidence, clearer communication, and the ability to make decisions from a place of strength instead of fear.
